With the latest version of Touchfish, you can now have some fun with 3D Touch if you have an iPhone 6S or 6S plus. The new iPhones feature pressure sensitive screens, so now you can press into the screen to activate cool water ripples while in Tank mode, and you’ll find that the background fish will find your finger rather interesting!

If you press and hold, fish will come over and nibble on your fingertip. If you move around slowly, they will follow it. If you move your finger quickly, you’ll scare the fish and cause them to scatter. They’re not too afraid though – they’ll come back for nibbles if you once again keep still. Note, too, that you can create cool ripples in the water when using 3D Touch.

In addition, if you are tired of double-tapping or doing a tap-and-hold to select items in your tank, now you can use 3D Touch to select objects by applying a little pressure to the screen. You can also do this to select your Buddy and enter Buddy Mode.
